Jet card not accepted in Edgars stores with ID doc

Buyisile was about to server me till I produced my Jet card to purchase my child school uniform, and she requested my ID book wish I didn't have with me, she called on her supervise who was busy on the opposite left, who shouted from that distance without taking the decency to come closer and explain to me as a concern costumer. Instead she embarrassed me by continuing shouting and telling me that she won't assist me can even call client care, that won't work. tried calling client care from my cell phone, I was cut off twice and a lady by the name Portia answer .take it that was a network problem. Nhlanhla again shouted to the cashier saying they must move me and take other customers, I refused till and requested their phone so that I can call helpdesk. Nhlanhla dialled the number for me and I spoke to Nelly who confirmed that the is no such policy they must assist me with that Jet card. Nelly from helpdesk tried calling the store and came back to me after 15min of holding in the line and said she cant get through the store, luckily Nhlanhla was next to me so I gave the phone to her and they spoke for 10min then handed the phone back to me, however Nelly already hang up.
