On 21/12/13 I purchased a 5GB Promo Data Bundle on-line. The bundle was not loaded and I reported it via on-line chat. I received no response and phoned them numerous times. On 24/12/13 Vodacom loaded the bundle incorrectly. I reported it but they never fixed it. Phoned many times again. On 27/12/13, 3 consultants and said that the bundle was loaded correctly. The last person I spoke to said I should ask for the transaction to be reversed and buy a new bundle, he said it would take 48 hours. I confirmed later that the bundle was incorrect. Nothing has been done to fix this problem. Vodacom says that they will phone but never do. I have spent a fortune on calls. I have phoned almost daily but nothing happens. 011 653 5000 refuses to put you through to any manager and you always get to the call center, that does nothing. I even waited at work, the 1 day we had off, because the consultant promised that she would phone within a few minutes. This bundle expires 23/01/14, they said not to use the data until it is fixed. My bill for Jan has been charged with the costs and it will be taken from my bank account on 01/02/14, but I have no data I can use.
