This is kinda getting ridiculous, everytime i interact with Vodacom recently everything is a problem, i have recently upgraded and ran out of data. I logged onto my vodacom account and purchased a 250 meg data bundle. i noticed that this was charged to my account but never received the bundle. i contacted you call centre and they advised this is normal. Can a person be charged for services that hasnt been allocated? its now 24 hours later and still havent received my bundles and i am currently being charged out of bundle rates. Please can someone assist.
