Paying for data bundles they didn't give me

Last night I attempted twice to buy a 100MB data bundle on the website, and 2 or 3 times on the *111# functionality without any success. If I go onto my account on Vodacom's website I can see the data bundles is active and the money was deducted from my account but nothing is showing on my available data. I tried clearing this with customer care twice with no luck. I tried it again this morning with a 10MB bundle just to test, same story - they took my money but i have no data available to use.
Thus I paid over R200 for nothing now and it seems like I can't buy a bundle now cause their system is not working properly. Meantime I'm paying so much money for out-of-bundle rates now.
