INCORRECT BILLING AND CHARGES

I am a loyal vodacom customer, I do not moan and have stuck to them.

I noticed that I would still have data bundle, it would use all my airtime and only then finish my data bundle. Awesome for them as they get to charge out of bundle rates when in fact there was still data bundle available on my phone.

I contacted them regarding this last year, they advised it had been rectified and was refunded on the airtime they had taken.

The last few months it is happening again. Then even though I have R10.00 airtime on my phone it will not allow me to load a R9 data bundle as it says I have insufficient funds. Again forcing me to use out of bundle rates, and again not the first time. I did call and log this S3-T1K39-9KJQR. I tried contacting them again this morning after not being allowed to load the data bundle. After calling three times this morning and after being on hold for over 30 min had to stop as I need to work.

I want my airtime back. It is as simple as that! No need to call me, just flipping fix it! I am using the R10.00 airitme to go online, which will also need to be sorted out as it is a problem on your side not mine! This needs to be sorted out TODAY not later!
