THE 4TH DAY OF FEB AND MY ACC IS R1142.11- USAGE

Hi Abdul, I am getting so frustrated with regards to 0825702043 - how is it even possible that the 4th day into February the February Summary of this cell no. is already on R1142.11... I have gone onto the Vodacom website, I am registered on it so I can monitor the account but I cannot get access to the itemized billing, WHY NOT???I want access to - itemized billing. I can see my itemized billing but not on 0825702043... This is becoming a major problem for me and if you do not sort this matter out URGENTLY then I am going to have to take this matter further. I keep getting a "Keep this message IMEI 358027033284564 - this cellphone was my son's and it was with his simcard in it. I have a feeling that when he did a sim swop, this is when all this high data usage has been happening. The number comes up as 265888454400.I want this sorted out urgently and please make sure that I can get access to the itemized billing on both cell no's... This problem is getting totally out of hand and to me this is a breach of contract. I am at the point of cancelling this contract because of all the problems and it is costing me a small fortune which I cannot afford. URGENT!!!
