On 03 Feb, i contacted an Openweb rep (MrBEEP) through the MYBB forums. I needed assistance regarding my account with them. Keeping in mind my uncapped gold account with them is for my specific needs. In this case i needed a little bit extra and thought they wouldn't allow it due my account Ts&Cs. MrBEEP responded in time with my query, needed a little bit of info, next thing i know they accommodated my request without hesitance. I tried my new login info this morning and it is working superbly.

I am really grateful for their assistance and i will remain a loyal customer not only because i have no issues with them, but because they proved they really value their customers and will go the extra mile in their capacity to accommodate our requests.
