Lack of transparency

I have registered for an e-tag hoping that I could get a better transparency or itemized billing of my transactions through the gantries but even with an account I am not able to get a full itemized billing of my account. Logging in to the website goes no where. I have asked at a customer centre and they cant print one me one and request that I go on to the website. I have also called the customer call centre and even with reference numbers none of my calls have been returned. I would like to request an itemized billing of my account so that I can pay my account.
