I'm extremely upset with this company at the moment, I'm paying for Itemized Billing and I cannot get the last dialed number on my cell phone for the 15th November 2013, even though I've been paying for the service for the last 3 months. I called on the 15th last week and was told that I need to have a fax number. Since it's the weekend and I don't have access to a fax, nor my sim card AS THE PHONE WAS missplace!!! I WAITED UNTIL I GOT TO WORK ON MONDAY (Yesterday) and they I sent the fax (Letter as to why I'm requesting itemized billing). No one told me I had to attach a copy of my I.D. today I call in again and I'm first told that the log was cancelled because I have no I.D attached and yet this stupid company has my work number to contact me on to let me know! Before canceling it!!! I ask to speak to a manger and she leaves me holding for about 10mins before coming back and saying oooh sorry mam when did you send the fax??? I cannot locate it!

Why the am I paying for itemized billing if I cannot get a number when I need it? For all we know if my phone was, it would have been long gone by now? It's not like im asking them for a loan or some secrete!
