Hi,
When VC convinced me to upgrade to a Uchoose Smart S package, VC advertised an additional 500mb (200mb 500mb x 24months) of data for the 24 month period. In the first month (December 2013), I received 1gig (according to my invoice, this is an "incentive promo") and I thank you for that. Come January I only received 500mb. I contacted VC and they corrected the shortfall, plus reimbursed airtime lost (approx. R59). Again thank you for this. Now in February, I did not receive ANY data! I did log a call, S3-06I2X-XZT03, with VC on 2014-02-02, with no response yet. Could VC please rectify the data allocation without me phoning/mailing to resolve this?!?
