Ive had 4 bad experience in the last month with Vodacoms data centre re irregular data charges. on the*111# fucntion you have the option to buy promotonal data bundles. On 22 Dec 2013 at 15h00 i converted R100 and biught 500mb data valued at R99 by 20h00 that data was used. When i called they had to log a req to the advance data centre for a breakdown because their system shows the airtime was never converted. I never received feedback from that data centre. I proceeded to buy more data aother R100, suddnely i get an sms saying the data is now reflecting in the account, could they not see i just recharged. Again, today i tried to buy another 500MB using their promotional data function, this could not be don due to insufficient funds. That's a F up because i had R99.02 in my account which mean i will be left with R0.02c. anyway i went on to buy 100mb and 200mb respectively, 3hrs later gone... no airtime no data. all my application has restrictions on on it and will not update without me giving permision. BTW the above incidents played out on 2 different number. Im keen to hear the explaination this time
