Ripping me off for Data

I took out 2 new contracts with Vodacom on 28th of September or October ontop of my Existing contract. One being a 3G Data bundle 2GB plus 2GB for work purposes. On the 30th of November between 7pm and 10pm I apparently used over 500MB. Without warning or anything I have gone over the 2GB usage. The additional 2GB I was told can only be used between 12pm and 5am. I said okay fair enough but I was unaware of when data is recharged as I opened my account on the 28th. Also I got a breakdown of data usage from Craig Julius and plead by him that they deduct that data from the additional 2GB which I have never used. He said NO they cannot. I said OK in December I have not used more that 500MB so please deduct it from there, and again the answer is NO. So for December and January I have so much spare data but guess what, they take it away as they please. I have never used any of the additional 2GBs. Needless to say they charge R600 for 500MB. The account is only R149 per month? THIS IS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
