I upgraded in July, took price plan on a Samsung Galaxy S4 on the Smart S with 500MB data at R399 per month. My price plan only took effect on 1st August, so I bought a MyMeg bundle to tide me over until it kicked in to avoid high data bills. I received my account with a HIGH data bill. Really? So I logged a call, which was supposed to be resolved by reversing the data useage and only charging me for the data used based on the MyMeg rates. No refund, no credit on my following account. Now it also seems that my data is incorrect as it says I have 200MB data, when I took the higher costed plan for 500MB data per month. This is the first time I have EVER had issues this vast with Vodacom in the 10 years I have had this specific contract.
