Empty promises on resolving a query

I really tried to avoid having to resort to this website complaining about the same supplier for the second time in two weeks, but after three days and a very substantial amount of time on the line with four different call centres, I've had it.

On 14 Nov I was called by Vodacom and offered an upgrade to the iPhone 5s on a Smart M package (120min, 300sms and 500MB data) and I accepted the offer. On 17 Nov I noticed in one of the Sunday papers that Vodacom was adding 500MB x24 months promotional data on the iPhone 5s contracts. On 18 Nov I called Vodacom to check if this would apply to my upgrade and was promised that I would also receive the 500MB promotional data. When the migration to Smart M happened on 30 Nov, only 300MB was added to the Smart M package and not 500MB as promised.

To try and resolve this, I've called customer service (082 111), upgrades (0821959), online (082 17844) and activations (082 1945) during the past three days - just to be given empty promises. Twice I have been promised that "back office" will get back to me within 24h. More than 48h later and still nothing.

Can you please get this resolved?
