INTERNET AND TELEPHONES OFF FOR 2 WEEKS

We run a transport company. We have been without internet and telephone for 2 weeks now. Our service provider, Thusano NEC, sent out their technician on Friday and after changing the Telkom Network key he was able to get our internet to work. Telkom came out the Friday before that and said that it was not their fault. According to the Thusano NEC technician it was indeed their fault. This morning, after having internet and telephone lines for half a day, we are offline again this morning. After contacting Telkom, Thusano NEC confirmed that a fault is still logged for our number. According to Telkom a few numbers in the area has problems, but we have asked around and it seems to only be us. We can not run a company like this. We are currently using our personal wifi. This is unacceptable.
