4mb ADSL Uncapped Line - SLOW AS A SNAIL

This matter goes back from the first day Telkom installed an ADSL line at our home in February 2012 we have been experiencing problems with slow or no connectivity with regards to our Internet, We have laid several reports to telkom and they would always say it is our INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS fault, being a faithful client to our Internet Service Provider it was sad to cancel our service and move over completly to TELKOM but we had no chocie as we needed a fast and efficient ADSL line. We then advised Telkom to supply us with the fastest ADSL that our Exchange could handle and they provided us with a 4mb Uncapped Line and Data Combo, after migrating over to TELKOM completly I must mention that the ADSL line has now gone worse. I have called in several times an had been given many reference numbers with regards to the fault, however the very next day I would recieve a text from TELKOM saying that the fault has been repaired but NEVER get your hopes high with TELKOM, absolutely nothing had changed, and then I'd call again to complain and the very same thing would happen over and over. We are now so fustrated that TELKOM would rob clients and not deliver the service as promised. :-(
