No joy from Telkom!

I hope someone at Telkom that can actually help with our problem get this... Going through the call centre and sending letters literally every week does not seem to be making any difference...

We have been trying to cancel business lines with Telkom for the past THREE YEARS and after sending the cancellation letters to the relevant department (as is being requested by the consultants at the Telkom contact centre) we are still billed almost R4000 every month for lines we don't use and have been trying to cancel for the last three years!!! That adds up to quite an amount of money we have had to fork out to Telkom for lines that we aren't even using that aren't even installed at our current business premises.

We also have not had working ADSL or phone lines for the past 3 weeks since an incident of cable at our local exchange and all we get from Telkom is "We are working on it but we are not able to say when the problem will be resolved". Yet Telkom has no problem with collecting payment for the 3 phone lines and ADSL line that we are not able to use but that we are paying for!!!

Our business is losing serious money because of your inability to resolve all these issue
