Again incorrect

My billing has been incorrect since September last year. I logged a complaint -well a few complaints now and someone responded in November said he would monitor my account and again I am billed incorrectly. I have a top up account and total billing should be R388 - they have taken ofd twice this past week. One of R155.85 and another of R1141.15. How on earth do these people woek
