Take one contract and they bill you for three

THEY phoned me last year November 2013 and offered me a contract which I excepted. No they bill me for three contracts. I only received the two phones for the one contract. How can you do that!!?? My personal phone is my fianc? old phone he gave to me when he upgraded and it is a pay as you go. NOT A CONTRACT!!?? Now it going to cost me my time and my bosses time during working hours to sort this out.
