During September 2013 I was approached by Telkom Mobile and enticed to renew my Internet 5 promo contract. It was explicitly stated to me that it was a promotion for loyal customers and that if I renew, I would be paying only R199 for 10Gig (Anytime) 10 Gig (Night) date in stead of the usual R299. Despite numerous complaints from my side, I am still being billed incorrectly i.e. R299 per month. Telkom Mobile have a numerous occasions promised to sort out my billing issues, but to no avail. I am thoroughly disgusted in your atrocious billing practices.
