Incorrect billing... AGAIN

I wrote a report on 03 September 2013 about incorrect billing and reimbursement and sadly I'm having to do it again. My monthly payment is supposed to be R349.00 and R354.55 was debited off my account. I do not understand why Altech cannot get the billing correct. I have been a customer and the billing has been incorrect every single month. Something needs to be done and fast.
