After my last two complaints I've decided to rather take the matter up with Tsego - the one who responds on these complaints in order to deal with the issues I have with Virgin Mobile in a civilized manner, but it seems as though they don't think it is necessary to respond to complaints that are not made public.
My billing is still not resolved and apart from that, my next bill (July) has the exact same calls and usage as the previous one, expect it is cheaper??? And, I was told that the small mistake on the first bill wouldn't be charged for, but these made a second debit order from my account and my money... One rand or one thousand rand... it is still! Let's see what excuse they're going to come up with this time! YOU ARE PATHETIC! I am extatic that my contract is nearing its end! I will never support Virgin Mobile again, ever!
