Vodacom has been billing me incorrectly since October 2012 to date for a BIS on a Sony phone (082 817 5323). I took a contract with vodacom for a Black berry in 2010 September, in September 2012 my phone was due for an upgrade, i upgraded to a Sony Experia S, but vodacom continued billing me for a BIS on a Sony phone, my Sony phone doesnt have a BIS, i complained about this to them, but they billed me againa for a BIS on the 25 November 13 (this month). they have literaly billed me R59 for the past 13 months even though i have complained to them regarding this.
