MTN are incompetent

1st full month of my upgraded contract & I am lost for words. Signed for bonus 350MB, which wasnt reflecting. Turns out they "forgot: " to load it.1st time followed up was promised 24h to be resolved. Called back 3 days later after nothing was done, got told they will resolve & call me within 48h-STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL! 5 days ago, still not resolved. Furthermore I provided a company benefit letter in Dec whereby 1st R500 of my contract will be debited off my companies account, effective & confirmed by MTN for January. Guess what, the full debit order came off my account today. How difficult can that be to get right? Now i need to go claim R500 allowance from my company, AFTER PAYDAY! Lastly i signed for 60minutes free MTN to MTN calls. I have asked how I can track this & nobody at MTN can tell me. I wouldnt be surprised if they also "forgot" to add this to my contract?

I have seriously lost all faith & trust in MTN.I refuse to follow up again with incompetent indivuals with nothing but empty promises, its now MTN's turn to follow up with me. Awaiting your call on how I am going to get compensated for the month of January & how these billing & contractual issues will be resolved by MTN for Fe
