I upgraded my contract effective 01 August 2013.
I upgraded to a Top Up 135 which comes with 100mb of data per month. On top of that, I also signed for a my meg 250 bundle to be loaded each month from the first.
I received my 100mb but not the 250mb.
I have phoned in and nobody can resolve my problem.
I got a reference number on Monday 05 August and was told that my query would be resolved within 24-48 hours.
72 hours later I called the call centre and was told that the call was closed.
A call centre agent then called me back to tell me that they are waiting for ME to fax a copy of the contract to them. I was never given a copy of the contract. They REFUSE to contact the Vodacom shop where I took my contract out (Vodacom Lakeside Mall).
This is breach of contract as I have not received what I signed for.
