Multiple follow ups, unanswered, during application for account
- once approved, installation took place but was not signed for and workmen left equipment
- no invoices received for first two months of service, despite my requests (unanswered)
- then received sms telling me that account would be suspended if I did not pay!
- eventually asked (again) for invoices and received
- paid invoices in full, but I had queries as charged for various items (installation, full month etc) that had not been communicated to me at all --- queries never answered.
- account cut off ten days ago ----- after more than five follow ups, with no answer, I found out that this was not related to the billing problems, but rather because the company had lost my RICA documents (which I sent as part of my successful application for an account).
- I was given the RICA department's phone number - they said they were busy and would call me back in '15 minutes' --- never received a call back.
- Two more follow ups, no answer

So, I am being asked to pay for a service which is not working, through no fault of my own, and Neotel have not provided me any feedback to resolve issue. Diabolical lack of service!!
