I want out of my contract! Disgraceful customer service from 'Precious'. Phone sent to JHB for repair on battery, Precious failed to inform me that my phone would be wiped clear!!! I have now lost 90% of my contacts that I need for work, as well as photo's of my family that I now cannot get back. At my place of work, I can receive calls and SMS's, nothing else due to the dire reception. Didn't mention that when I signed up to a 24 month contract. When I questioned Precious today about the loss of content all I got was a blank stare, no apology, no words at all. 5 attempts to have my bill emailed to me... not happened once without me contacting you. Am sick to death of dealing with you amateurs. Can somebody please contact me and sort this mess out. You can have your S4 back with pleasure, I just want out. You have however taught me one 'precious' lesson, things are cheap for a reason, as you have so clearly showed me. Failure to contact me by COB on Monday will result in me contacting the Ombudsman. Good luck getting hold of me though as I only receive 60-70% of my calls!!!
