MTN Ignores Billing Enquiries made

I have recently logged an enquiry and a complaint on the balance and billing done on my account.

I am being billed for items not even listed in my upgrade contract, for which I never gave permission or signed for. Balances suddenly appeared as outstanding on my statements dating to years back, even though the debit order has gone off my account every month since I signed the original contract The invoices are wrong due to the wrongful billing of items, and now the wrong amount is also being debited from my account. Not only are they doing my statements and invoices incorrectly, they are now also debiting amounts from my account which are more than the monthly fee signed for on my contract. This contradicts my contract and I am therefore entitled to legal action should this matter not be resolved.

I have logged the complaint with a full reconciliation of my account on the MTN Active website account, I have sent numerous emails to customer care requiring assistance and I have called the 808 number who only responded on how it will be looked into. No response or feedback has been given to me as of yet.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
