I joined Virgin Active in December 2013. I signed a contract where I had to pay an activation fee of R475.00. In January they erroneously deducted R500.00 off my account as they deemed my R475.00 payment as a part payment of the full fee as opposed to the full fee. I queried it with them, even forwarded Virgin Active the contract but I had to report on hellopeter before they could respond.

Tracy responded and ultimately they refunded the R500.00 they had deducted. On the 4th of January I was declined entrance into Virgin Active Northgate for owing the R500 fee. I contacted their call centre from the Northgate Virgin Active but they could not help. I was asked to call again during office hours. I sent an email to Tracy the same day and to this day am waiting for feedback. 3 calls later I have had no satisfactory response.
