Data bundle STILL incorrect

I have just checked and yet another month I have been recharged with the incorrect data bundle size. This is now the third month I am experiencing the same issue. This is very frustrating when you keep being informed the issue has been resolved!

It also does not help when you try to call customer care you wait on the line for ages before getting assistance. I am not a happy customer! This is unacceptable!
