On Saturday 02-02-2013 I went to Vodacom 4u Sandton City
to do my upgrade. I was anxiously waiting for the Iphone 5, 64gig in white.

To my Amazement the branch had what I was looking for in stock and I was
assisted by Simi Musengi to do my upgrade contact.

Simi provided me with excellent and prompt customer service.
He took his time, explained my contract in detail and also provided each and every pro and of the package.
Simi made sure I was comfortable, understood what I was taking and the package suited my usage needs.

His attitude was very positive, helpful and he really went the extra mile to build rapport. Simi even suggested
other outlets I could get assistance from if needs be.
