Excellent service

I wanted to upgrade my mobile contract to an iPhone, but none of the Vodacom outlets had stock.By sheer luck, I discovered that the Vodashop in Balfour Park had one. They agreed to hold one till the afternoon. I went into the store and received the most amazing service from Broderick. He explained all the packages that are available (the package I was on does not exist anymore) and was very patient. He answered all my questions, was friendly and helpful. I referred a friend who went in the following day and received the same excellent service. Thank you Broderick for making my day with your great attitude, and for making the upgrade a pleasurable experience.
