Thanks for the reply. Yes, my phone is activated, but i have no idea if my proof of payment (December) was received. I received a statement but my payment did not reflect on there (only arrears). If there is a problem, send me your fax number and i will gladly send you proof of payment. Now you remain silent, with no communication whatsoever. I've decided to pay directly into your bank acc. from now on.
