Last week I contact this outlet, spoke to Roy and requested a window replacement that week. He told me not possible but Monday 14th. I respond, no problem, make it Tuesday, all professional and friendly. I am still waiting. Thursday I phone Fast Glass and today the window is replaced. I had previous simi;ar fasle commitments from some Renier, it seems to be a company culture

Moral of the story, go check Fast Glass for compliments, they deliever not idle commitments
