I have been a loyal, high end contract holder with Mtn for more than 16 years. On the 27th March 2013 I purchased a Blackberry Z10 from Mtn Store Rosebank Mall. In Nov 2013 it started giving me software problems with an code 10-0015 error. On 27/11/13 I took the unit in to Mtn Greenstone for repair. On 11/12/13 it was replaced with a recon unit which when I got it home, was worse than my original. I returned it to Greenstone on 20/12/13 as it was constantly freezing up, losing sound etc. I left it in their CAPABLE hands until the 6/01/14. After 2 trips into the store and 5 phone calls to them, on 17/01/14 I received an SMS from repairs stating that my phone had been booked in for assessment/repair. 9 calls later and all I'm told is that they will replace it with another recon unit, but don't know when as they don't have stock. Also the store has closed for refurbishment and I'm having difficulty in communicating with the staff. I've already been paying for the phone for 2 months without its use, am I going to be compensated for this. Why don't they replace it with a new unit as there is still 15 months warranty on it. I would like this resolved immediately.
