Please close the accounts and investigate

I went to Telkom Mobile Mall@Reds branch today to top up my data bundles for a prepaid iPad that I have. The guy there notified me of two other contract accounts that were opened under my name on the 24/12/2013 in Kolonade by a guy named Gratitude Ndzimande who works at Telkom mobile. Please note that I am disputing the accounts and I have never ever been to Kolonade to open those contracts, I only have 2 prepaid Telkom sims that I own. The guy at the store AT Telkom Mobile Mall@Reds has logged a case for me as well and the case number is 7391400. I received an sms as well on my other 8ta number saying the contracts have not been paid so please investigate and close the two contracts. I will submit the affidavit tomorrow at Mall@Reds.
