I have a Blackberry phone 9360 my first phone last me not even one day received a new one the following day that was good service yes but this phone lasted a few months took it in for repairs and I was told they gona replace the unit due that they can not repair the phone, this is phone number three and after about four months I took it back for the same problem as phone number two and they said again they gona replace the unit and then I start asking do they give me a new phone every time and they replied No its a refurbished phone that means the replacement unit is a phone that had a problem and was repaired and I'm sitting now with phone number four and the service provider just said that its is Blackberry that do not replace the phone with new ones they give refurbished ones but sins I got phone number four its going slower by the day and I have a feeling this one is going to do the same as the others. I need answers why don't they replace the unit with new ones like I did when I had my Sony ericsson w910i. What can I do that we can get a phone that's new and not refurbished.
