On the 25th February 2013 I went in-store to upgrade my cell phone contract. I upgraded to the new Blackberry Z10. After having the phone for roughly 4 months, it gave me problems with the sound, so I took it to the store to have it repaired. They sent it away and I went to fetch it 2 weeks later (noone called me to say its at the shop). I then had to return the phone because I was experiencing different problems since it came from repairs. It was freezing, not sending messages, not connecting to the internet, the speaker was not working properly. They then said the phone needs to go for a warranty assessment. I then asked if I could have a different phone if there is a manufacturing fault. They said no they can only replace the phone with the same model. This is very upsetting to me as I have a 2 year contract.on the terms and conditions it reads: 2.2 "In the event that your device has a manufacturing defect and communicated within 6 months from the date of purchase, the complete unit can be returned for a refund/replacement and/or repair." No where does it say "replaced by the same model" I am very unhappy about all this! and i have to pay till 2015! Highly upset.this in NOT AYOBA
