I have had a 16GB Vodafone tablet since October last year. Recently it has been giving me problems, this is the story: On the 16th March I took the tablet into the Hemingways store, the unit was flashing with a white screen and switching on and off. It was sent to the advanced repair centre for a software upgrade. We received it back on the 28th March. Once we had it at home for a few days, we realised that it had come back with only 117MB memory on it, so again it went back to the store, and again it was sent to the advanced repair centre. Once we received it back, it only had 12GB of memory on it. This is unacceptable, so we took it back a 3rd time and it was booked in AGAIN.I asked them to now replace the unit as this is completely unacceptable. I received the tablet back yesterday and it was the exact same tablet, nothing had been done to the unit, which has now been booked in for the 4th time! Imran was asked by the instore technician to phone me 3 time, which he never did, I then went into the store and complained again. He eventually phoned me with no outcome. This service is shocking. I have paid for 2 months usage on this unit and am losing my data on the contract. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
