Cell C
Does not respond to my complaints

We, my husband and I have Cell C contract phones our contract was about to be renewed upon which we were to receive new cellphones and were to pay more but we wanted to keep our current phones and just renew the contract keeping it at the price we paid.(We were not happy with the conditions of the upgrade thus we stuck to our phones)
We requested that they just renew the initial contract but was met with no response.
And even though we pay the same amount our contract has been cut in regards to minutes data and smses.
So now we still pay the same amount and get much less where in contradiction we are actually supposed to get more since the phones has already been paid off.
There has been several emails sent from the Hermanus branch to no avail.
This has been an issue since last year September and still there is no response from head office.
This is from cell c taking advantage of 2 retired people.
Will this ever be amended?
