I bought a HP G7 Laptop on the 18 August 2012, Used it for 3 Months and the laptop started giving problems. Sent it into HP repair center to get it fixed under warranty and received it back, 2 months after that it gave the same problem again, sent it in got repaired and 2 months after that the same problem occurred. I called Lulama from HP that informed me that i should get the laptop fixed again and if the problem should re-occur the unit will be replaced. now the laptop is giving the exact same problem again and its only 2 months after the last repair. This unit was repaired by HP 4 times and its broken again and its still the same problem. I cannot go on like this and hereby request that this unit be replaced as per my conversation with your agent with the last repair. this cannot keep happening.
I spoke to Luki from HP yesterday and he informed me that management is refusing to replace the unit now cause it is out of warranty now. the problem i have with this is that while the unit was in warranty i sent it into your repair center 4 times already and the problem was not resolved. now that it is out of warranty they are refusing to replace it even though Lulama informed me that
