No support from Telkom

My Telekom internet connection has been down for the past week and despite numerous attempts to get through to the support centre I still have no internet connection for the past week. The call centre number keeps ringing without being answered. Effectively I have been billed for a service for an entire week for which I cannot use!!! THIS IS A RIP OFF TELKOM!!!
