Telkom has no support

What the f.. is going on with Telkom. My debit order when throw in the week and suddenly to day my phone and my internet stopped working. My ADT alarm is linked and now I have no connection. I have tried multiple numbers on Telkom's website and there is no one that can help me (IF THEY answer). I spoke to a guy in the SAT division and he transferred me to no man's land and spoke to a guy on the international number but neither can he help m. Can someone please come back to me with a solution ASAP!!!

I can't believe Telkom has lost the plot at such and existent!!
