Passing the buck at Telkom - PHONE NOT REPLACED

ANOTHER 6 DAYS LATER, NO CHANGE OR SERVICE.
My phone needs to be replaced. One of the store clerks (Anwar, I believe) eventually recommended I send the phone in again -- and helped me set up the repairs slip to say CUSTOMER REQUESTS SWOP OUT (replacement phone).
The phone was returned to the shop, without alerting me, in the exact same condition. I refused to sign for it and demanded to speak to the manager, WHO WASN'T ON SITE (CAROLINE).

I requested she call me the next day (today) and haven't heard anything from them yet.
TELKOM DIRECT in WESTGATE SHOPPING CENTRE's switchboard literally tells customers that "YOUR CALL CANNOT BE TAKEN RIGHT NOW AND YOU CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE, PLEASE CALL LATER" and then goes dead.

NO SERVICE.
UNSATISFIED.
FURIOUS.

I'VE ALREADY STARTED THE PROCESS OF COMMUNICATING MY TELKOM ISSUES TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL AND CONSEQUENTLY THE OMBUDSMAN, SINCE I KNOW MY RIGHTS WITHIN THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.

Telkom owes me, by now, R150 in extra airtime to make ANOTHER PHONE functional during the process, at least R200 in contract airtime NOT USED during the month of January and to date and R1 500 PAID ON A PHONE THAT DOESN'T WORK AND THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE
