Telkom Internet support staff completely unhelpful

I am a customer of Telkom internet. As of 12th May 2013, any peer-to-peer or torrent application does not work on my Telkom internet account. I work off a laptop and tested using a 3G connection and even a different ISP and my peer-to-peer or torrent applications work perfectly. It simply does not work on Telkom internet from 12th May 2013 onwards but use to prior. The support staff who should be skilled in their area have no clue what I am talking about and I have spent hours with them transferring me to ADSL support who then transfer back to Telkom internet support, still no help. I have left numerous messages with support staff for a supervisor or manager to call me, but no one ever does. I've even done all the troubleshooting for them to pin point the issue being peer-to-peer on my account and they simply don't understand. I have thus decided if my issue is not resolved by tomorrow I will be terminating Telkom as my ISP and move to someone who actually understands their network and their product. Skill and understanding from Telkom support staff is seriously lacking in my point of view and this is how they will lose customers.
