I purchased one of the 60 60 prepaid internet packages about a month ago and all i had was problems not with the product but with the getting a decent internet connection, when i purchased this product i could not use it because telkom had a problem with all its prepaid users for a whole week, so i lost a whole week of internet usage which i paid for in CASH and then they gave me a R1000 worth of FREE airtime which i could not use due to TELKOM having a problem with all its prepaid customers so how free is a gift when you didn't even get to use it. I have on numerous occasions phoned their help desk but all i got was our technician are working on the problem and that's the speach i got for a whole week again a week for which i paid for and now for the last four days a gain no internet connection again four days which i paid for in CASH and then after putting on google plus last night that how their internet connection was low and behold i got a signal but only 20kbs just enough to surf not even a decent speed to download anything. All i want to know is can i sue them for breach of contract not providing me with an internet connection because i am really OFF now
