I logged the call on Monday 22 April regarding our poor internet connection and line speed. We have called numerous times this week. I was told on Thursday 25 April that a technician will come out today. It is now 26 April and still no Telkom. We have an extremely bad internet connection, we also keep losing connection. It is so bad that we cannot work. We have had NO feedback from Telkom. I spoke to a supervisor at the call centre, Moses and he said it would be escalated and someone will contact me. It is 2 days later... I have not heard a thing. Your service has been pathetic. What are we paying you for??? They infuriate me, they are the most useless service provider EVER!!!
