Dear Telkom,
Recently, we upgraded our internet package to the Telkom Uncapped 1mbps Internet. Since then, a lot of bad things happened. 1) Our internet connection was sometimes non-existent, and calling the 10210 number was an absolute waste of time. Sometimes waiting up to 45 minutes for a technical consultant and then being transferred numerous times to the most incompetent person available, just so I can hear the good-old telkom call centre script over and over again "Have you rebooted the modem? " when, in actual fact, it is the incompetency of the person who upgraded the link box of the neighborhood, not knowing how to wire the thing. 2) Our account was spammed by the Telkom Servers and yet Telkom were not willing to help. They said that they are not taking responsibility for it. And lastly: In this month, we received an e-mail from Telkom telling us that we are a power user. No one at call centre could tell me why, or even WHAT A POWER USER IS! I can't get a hold of the legal dept. to sort things out.
Now, Telkom. Help me, or the ombudsman will hear of this next. And if that still doesn't help and you terminate the contract, the chairperson will be notified
