Cancellation requested but not actioned

I requested for cancellation on the 02 Oct 2013 and was given ref #1323713 to my surprise I am still been debited. I called again on the 08 Jan 2014 to check why I am been debited while I am out of contract and requested for cancellation. The gentleman that I spoke to assured me that they will refund me R732.32 and cancellation will be processed right away. And I was given ref # S3-04W65-5U9L. To my surprise another debit order went off on 27 Jan 2014 for R379.95. WHAT IS THIS NOW!!! I just spoke to two agents now who are also agreeing that cancellation was supposed to be processed. The first guy hang up on me when I needed confirmation about the refund and the second lady explained that refund has been done but cannot confirm when will payment be processed. Can someone please cancel my contract and stop debiting my account. I also want feedback as to when will the R1 112.27 refunded back to my back account asap...
