AGAIN AUTOPAGE FAILS!!

After a huge mess-up and ordeal on my 0748996484 contract last year I sent a cancellation form through on 31 October 2013 to Jason Stols (as he dealt with my complaint) on my contract 0748864166 that was due to expire on 31 December 2013. As I have not received any confirmation of the cancellation I followed up on 2 December just to be told by Robert Dover that he can't see the cancellation request and therefore my line would now only be cancelled on 31 January 2014. I refused to accept it and sent proof of the cancellation through to himself as well as Jason Stols. Jason Stols confirmed via e-mail that cancellation will be processed on 31 December and that the last deduction will be on 2 January for December. Surprise, surprise, when I opened my January invoice, the cancellation was again not processed!!! This type of poor service is exactly the reason why I opened a new contract replacing this contract) at a different service provider. This has now been 5 months that I'm having trouble with Autopage where they proof them to be and have absolutely no respect for customer service. I want a revised invoice for January 2014 by close of business Friday, 10 January 2014!
